This project involves establishing and operating a comprehensive indoor vertical farming facility designed to grow various products under optimal conditions. The facility is equipped with high-tech systems such as growing racks (for seedlings and mature plants), professional LED lighting, automated irrigation and dosing systems, and climate control units. It is capable of cultivating different product groups in specialized racks and seedling units under controlled lighting, water, and nutrient conditions. All operations are automated through a facility management software, aiming for efficiency and sustainability.
During the planning and design stages, the physical and technical requirements of the space are analyzed to determine the number of racks, height of each tier, LED lighting specifications, NFT growing channel layout, irrigation/dosing automation, and climate control systems. Following the installation, consultancy and training services ensure the active management, quality control, and efficient production of the facility. Post-harvest processes—such as packaging and storage—along with management and control areas (mechanical installation, electrical, sterilization, cold storage, personnel rooms, etc.) are also integrated into the overall facility design.
